About Us
At Your Service Personal Concierge is owned and managed by Carol Craighead. Don & Carol Craighead have lived at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia full time since 2010. They worked together in a family-run medical device distributorship for over 20 years before closing shop during Covid. At that time, Carol’s aging mother, who lived out of town, was having problems getting groceries, medications, etc. Put those things together with Carol’s relationships at SML working for Laker Media for over 5 years and an idea was born to create a business that would benefit the community.
