We inspect your home and property in the following manner:

• Exterior body of the house:
• Roof for any visible damage such as holes in the roof or missing shingles.
• Gutters for any visible property damage.
• Garage door will be opened and closed to make sure it is in working order. Visible damage from breach or animals will be noted and reported.
• HVAC units are visibly and audibly inspected outside.
• Pool equipment, if any, are visibly and audibly inspected.
• Gas grille connections will be viewed to make sure they have not been breached.
• Windows will be checked for security and animal damage.
• Doors will be checked for security and animal damage.
• Screened porch, if applicable, is viewed for damage.
• Decks are viewed for damage.
• Patios are viewed for any damage.
• Foundation (that can be seen) is viewed for water, insect, and animal damage.
• If your property is waterfront and has a dock, we will:
• Make a general inspection of your dock.
• Visibly check your roof for damage.
• Make sure your lift is operable.
• Test your lights to make sure they are working.
• Ensure that your boathouse is secure.
• Make sure the power is turned off at the electrical panel.

• Interior of the home:
• Check the thermostats and note the temperature and humidity level.
• Mold and mildew inside the home will be noted and reported.
• Insects (dead or alive) will be noted and reported.
• Animals (dead or alive) will be noted and reported.
• Intruders (currently there or evidence of) will be noted and reported immediately.
• Sinks – water will be run in all sinks and checked for leaks at the base of the faucet and under the sink. This helps the seals to remain lubricated and traps to be filled reducing odors and insects.
• Security systems will be inspected to make sure they are connected and working.
• Skylights will be looked at to see if there are any visible signs of leaks.
• All windows and doors will be checked for security and windowsills for water leaks.
• Electrical Panel for tripped/hot breakers (both could indicate a fire hazard).
• Water Heater for leaks & corrosion.
• View and flush all toilets watching for insects, leaks, and corrosion.
• Washing machine connections will be viewed for leaks and damage.
• Dryer connections will be viewed for damage.
• Appliances:
• Dishwasher – check for visible leaks every visit.
• Dishwasher – run a short cycle once a month (lubricates seals, keeps water in the trap to prevent odors and insects from entering the home).
• Refrigerator – including the plumbing line, are viewed to make sure they are not leaking.
• Refrigerator and freezer temperatures will be noted and reported.
• Microwave – run briefly with a cup of water inside to make sure it is still working.
• Oven – run briefly to make sure it is still working.
• Garbage disposal – run briefly to minimize friction at the seal and helps keep the mechanism in good working order to prevent seizing from underuse.
• Clocks will be checked to make sure they are reporting the correct time (incorrect time or flashing notes a power loss).
• Storm visits can be added before a storm to prepare the property (move items off dock, put away chairs, etc.) and after the storm to inspect for storm damage.
• Vehicles can be started to ensure they are ready when you arrive. Any visible or audible damage will be reported.
• Watercraft Watch can be added to your Home Watch subscription for a rate of 50% discount from our posted rates. See the Watercraft Watch page for a description.

A written report, with photos, will be emailed to you at the completion of each inspection.

At Your Service Personal Concierge, LLC is not a building contractor and makes no claims to building expertise. We are a business that will look after your property, as noted above, make you aware of any issues, and contact a contractor on your behalf, if necessary.

Referral program… for each friend that subscribes to our Home Watch program as a Sequel member you will receive one free inspection on your home! Friends must mention your name at the initial meeting to qualify.

Sequel members will make a deposit of $500 or more with At Your Service Personal Concierge, LLC to use within 1 year on any of our services and subscribe to the Home Watch Service at least 6 visits per year.  Sequel members will have their homes prioritized in our schedule, receive a 10% discount off our prevailing service rates and 25% off our current mileage rates. Storm visits may be added at these discounted rates and will not count towards the minimum visits, but the following scheduled Home Watch dates may be changed based on a storm inspection.

We inspect your watercraft in the following manner:

• Exterior body of the watercraft for any visible property damage.
• Gas tank area is visibly inspected for any obvious signs of tampering.
• If you investment is covered we will ensure it is still attached properly.
• Make sure the watercraft is tied to the dock so even if it is on a lift it will not leave your dock.
• If your watercraft is docked at your private dock, the roof of the dock will be viewed for missing shingles and the structure for general well-being.
• Storm visits can be added before a storm to prepare the property (move items off dock, put away chairs, etc.) and after the storm to inspect for storm damage.
• Home Watch can be added to your Watercraft Watch subscription for the discounted rate of $25 per visit, that’s a 50% discount from our posted rates. See the Home Watch page for a description.

We are a business that will look after your property, as noted above, make you aware of any issues, and contact a contractor or mechanic on your behalf, if necessary.

Sequel members will make a deposit of $500 or more with At Your Service Personal Concierge, LLC to use within 1 year on any of our services and subscribe to the Watercraft Watch Service at least 6 times per year.
